Privacy Policy

WL-VPN ("we", "us") provides white-label VPN infrastructure to resellers. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Reseller accounts: name, email address, hashed password, billing history.
- VPN accounts: username, the email address supplied by the reseller, subscription dates.
- Service telemetry: aggregate connection counts per server for capacity planning. We do not log browsing activity, traffic content or DNS queries.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
Optional website analytics
If website analytics is enabled, we ask before loading Google Analytics or setting its analytics cookies. If you opt in, we measure website visits, clicks to start reseller registration, completed registrations and first credit purchases returned to the reseller panel. Analytics does not measure VPN browsing activity.
We do not send customer email addresses, VPN credentials, API keys, payment identifiers or URL query strings in these events. Google processes website analytics data, including technical connection information. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your analytics preference is stored in a cookie for up to six months and shared between wl-vpn.com and its reseller panel. When analytics is enabled, use the Cookie settings button to change your choice. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the service.
Retention & deletion
VPN accounts are removed at subscription expiry or on reseller request. Resellers can request full account deletion by contacting support.
