Terms of Service

By using WL-VPN's reseller platform or any VPN service powered by it, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful activity, including unauthorised access to systems, distribution of malware, fraud, or the sending of unsolicited bulk mail. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse.

Reseller responsibilities

Resellers are responsible for their own customer relationships, pricing and support. Credits are non-refundable once spent on an active subscription.

Service availability

We target high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the reseller panel.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination of a reseller account, active end-user subscriptions run to expiry unless the reseller requests otherwise.
