Storefront setup

Prepare your VPN storefront for its first customer.

A storefront connects your offer to checkout and account delivery. Use this checklist if your WL-VPN reseller account has shop access. Confirm availability with support if the shop section is not enabled for your account.

1. Define your offer and prices.

In the shop settings, enter your shop name and select your selling currency. The current settings support GBP, USD and EUR. Enable the subscription terms you want customers to buy and enter their retail prices.

Use the resale calculator as a starting point for GBP prices. Recommended prices are not compulsory and the calculator’s gross profit excludes payment fees, support and other expenses. Check your own costs, especially if you sell in another currency.

Start with a clear offer you can explain. State how long access lasts, which devices you support, how customers get help and what your renewal process involves.

2. Configure the payment method.

For card payments, select Stripe and use Connect with Stripe in the panel. Complete any activation requirements shown in your Stripe account and check the connection status after returning to WL-VPN.

Shop card payments go to your connected Stripe account. WL-VPN does not take a commission on shop sales; credit costs and your payment provider’s fees still apply. Use the fees shown for your own payment account when planning prices.

The panel also offers Telegram orders. Treat that as a separate manual sales workflow: decide how you will collect payment, confirm the order and deliver access before offering it to customers.

3. Check credits and account delivery.

Successful automated orders use your reseller credits to create or renew access. Keep enough credits available for the plans you sell, including existing customers’ renewals. Review the balance in Credits & Billing before opening the shop.

Do not assume that a payment success alone proves the account was delivered. If fulfilment fails, check the payment and VPN account records before retrying, creating access manually or arranging a refund. Keep a clear support record so the same order is not fulfilled twice.

Review the login and delivery emails your customer receives. Confirm that the supplied credentials work in a supported app, using the panel walkthrough for your initial trial.

4. Check your shop link and branding.

Use the Your shop link address shown in the panel. Open it as a customer and check your shop name, enabled plans, prices and currency before sharing it.

A custom shop domain depends on your account and the hosting configuration. If that option is available, follow its DNS and verification steps and test the domain before advertising it. A storefront name or custom domain does not automatically include a branded VPN app; confirm app branding separately.

5. Test the customer journey before opening.

Any order through a live checkout is a real purchase and can consume credits and incur payment fees. Plan testing accordingly. When your checks are complete, enable Shop open for purchases, save the settings and review the customer-facing page again.

Keep payments and VPN access in sync.

Handle card refunds in your payment provider’s dashboard. A refund does not automatically delete the VPN account or restore spent credits. Review the associated access separately in VPN Users and keep a record of the action taken.

Check credit balance, unsuccessful orders and upcoming renewals regularly. If you need a different storefront or billing workflow, your developer can use the reseller API to build it around your existing system.
