How credit billing works

  1. Review your rates. Your account’s Credits & Billing page shows the credits needed for each plan.
  2. Top up. Top-level resellers buy credits through Stripe; sub-resellers receive credits from their parent reseller.
  3. Create or extend accounts. Choose a plan and spend the corresponding credits.
  4. Monitor your balance. Keep enough credits for your expected orders and renewals.

A seven-day account costs 1 credit (£0.50 at the standard rate); we do not specify a recommended resale price for this plan. The panel also supports a 24-hour trial with no credit charge. Your reseller account must have a positive credit balance to create trials.

Check the total at checkout before paying. Credits spent on an active subscription are non-refundable under the terms of service. For practical setup steps, read the launch guide.
